[00:00:00] Speaker A: He's the man that says what the people need to hear. Somebody need to hear this. He's going to be bringing you the word each and every week. You better not only be ready, but stay ready. Stay ready so you don't have to get ready. The time is up. It's the moment you've been waiting for. He's here. It's the raw and uncut podcast with Pastor Radden. Service starts now. Bless your holy name. Amen. I introduced to some and introduced to many. Amen. My sister, Sherry Patterson. Come on, let's give her hand. Clap of praise as you come forward. Come on, point those hands forward. Say, preach the word. Reach the word. Reach the word. Now in the hands of Sherry Madison. [00:01:05] Speaker B: Thank you, Sherry Carter. [00:01:07] Speaker A: Pen. All right. [00:01:13] Speaker B: Okay. Good morning. I will be coming from James five and 16. [00:01:21] Speaker A: Okay. [00:01:21] Speaker B: I'm giving you all time to turn, okay? Therefore, confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. So I want to reiterate, the prayers of a righteous person is powerful and effective. So this first Sunday of this year, I was back there in the back and I knew it was no one with the Holy Spirit, but I heard, stop accepting defeat. So we know when life is, you know, when things happen and you just accept it. I'm the type of person. It is what it is, all right? But God reminded me that, hey, pray. Your prayers are powerful and they are effective. [00:02:14] Speaker A: Amen. [00:02:14] Speaker B: You belong to me. So that alone motivated me to pray even more, to know that my prayers mean so much. [00:02:24] Speaker A: Amen. [00:02:24] Speaker B: And that if I pray that situations will turn, they will change. [00:02:29] Speaker A: Amen. [00:02:30] Speaker B: So it also reminded me of Luke 18, one through eight, where the widow kept going to the unjust judge and see how she was. Very persistent. Me personally, you tell me no one time and that's it, you ain't got to worry about me no more. But the fact that she just kept going and kept going, and that's the way God wants us to be, is to keep coming before him. God, I already know, you know, but this is still bothering me and I'm still focusing on this. Me as a mom, I love my kids to death. So if they're bothered, I'm bothered. Or if I see something comes up, I'm like, I think that's going to bother them. Oh, that's going to bother me. So I just recall I'm going to use my baby. I know he ain't going to like that. But with Dwayne being moved up to varsity. He was good starting on jV, but they felt the need to move him up to varsity. My baby wasn't getting no playing time. No playing time. And that bothered me because I felt that it was going to crush his spirit because he has such a love for basketball. And I was like. And when I walked in that Sunday, because that was what was bothering me, I didn't really have words with the coach, but I did throw a little deed. I said, you owe me $7. I drove 40 minutes and you waited for 18.3 seconds. No, sir. That's all I said. Again, my baby wasn't playing, but I kept praying. Come on, on. This week. My baby has been getting all three of the games this week. [00:04:08] Speaker A: All right, come on. [00:04:09] Speaker B: My husband is like, I'm wondering what happened. Coach been putting Dwayne in. I was like, lord, I thank you because I'm prayer. I just say that to say this, that we need to be like the widows. And don't let just one note turn you around or just one situation of things that just. That seemed like it was defeated when it came to you. But keep going, keep pressing, and keep looking to God, and we got to be persistent with our prayers and knowing that it will change. So that's what I leave with you guys. Thank you. [00:04:46] Speaker A: All right. Hallelujah. Amen. Bless your holy name, God. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. That was beautiful. Amen. That was beautiful. Amen. Amen. You hear what she said? Be consistent. Some of you have given up on a lot of stuff and just said, okay, God, say no. But did God really tell you no? It was hard. It was troublesome. But still, you got to remain steadfast and be firm, feverant. Amen. It's a passion that you have and God didn't tell you no. You keep pressing and pushing in the rights of spam, it's going to happen because God going to make it happen. But he needs you to take that faith, walk that faith forward. Amen. Amen. Amen. At this time, we're going to have our very own elder to come, elder Dakota Ratna, all the way from Hopkins, South Carolina. Give him a hand as he come. Amen. Amen. Bless your holy name. God is a great God, a mighty God and worthy to be praised. Amen. What a beautiful appetizer. Amen. About being persistent and consistent. Amen. And that's something we have to do. Amen. There's been a lot of things because you pray for someone one time and you don't get it? Does that mean you stop? Amen. You got to be persistent. Amen. Just like the good example she said about the widow. Amen. She kept pressing that judge until he granted her. Amen. We got to keep pulling on the hymn of the garment of Jesus. Amen. When we want something, just don't give up unless you physically hear him say no or whatnot. Because sometimes you got to keep praying and being persistent. Amen. Hallelujah, God. For those of us that are married. Hallelujah, God. A lot of times you got rejected, maybe the first time you went after your spouse. Amen. Maybe. But did you stop there? Hallelujah, God. Amen. I mean, when I met mine in the club, amen. I told her to come in. She wouldn't come over there. Amen. Hallelujah, God. Amen. Hallelujah. But persistence, persistence, don't turn me down. When I say come here, I mean come here. But she thinks she is telling me no. Hallelujah, God. Amen. Hallelujah, God. You got to be persistent. Amen. Hallelujah. Don't give up. Bless your holy name. When it comes to spiritual stuff, you can't give up. Hallelujah, God. Prayer changes things. It turns things around. You got to believe what you're praying for. Hallelujah, God. Let us pray amen. Before we get into the word of God. Father God, in the mighty name of Jesus, we thank you, Father God, for this service on today, God, we thank you, heavenly Father Lord, for your presence being in this place, God, you are the alpha and the omega. You are the beginning and the end, Father God, in the mighty name of Jesus. Hallelujah. Holy God, righteous God, a mighty God, a forgiving God, a loving God, a strong God. Hallelujah, God, that's the God that you are in the mighty name of Jesus. Just like the song says, God, that you are a way maker, Father God, a miracle worker. Hallelujah, God bless your holy name, God, you are all that and more in the mighty name of Jesus. God we are nothing without you, Father God use me to bring a mighty word on today. Heavenly Father Lord, I pray that the people of God would not just see me, but they will see you in me, Father God. And they will hear you, God, from the words that are coming out of my mouth. In the mighty name of Jesus have your way, God, and your will be done as we lift you up and magnify you, God, because you're worthy to be praised. In Jesus holy name, amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. We'll be coming out of psalm 95. Thank God for another opportunity to stand before you in the mighty name of Jesus once again. What an awesome, awesome appetizer by Sister Carter Patterson. Amen. Hallelujah. God says she wants to be called Carter Patterson. Amen. Hallelujah, God. Awesome, awesome. Amen. Word. Amen. I thank God for my son today, even doing the scripture on the day. Amen. Hallelujah. God bless your name God thank God for you all that are here. Amen. Hallelujah, God my wife's birthday is today. Amen. Hallelujah. God bless your holy name. Thank you, Jesus. I was up late, early twelve something putting stuff on Facebook by her since we was legally able to get on Facebook after midnight. Amen. Hallelujah, God, that was a rough week. Amen. Hallelujah. God bless your holy name. A rough week. Couldn't wait for midnight to get. We fasted from Facebook for seven days. Good Lord. I put it on there. Amen. And it was her birthday. Amen. Hallelujah. But I said, let me take my butt to bed. Hallelujah. God bless your name. God is a great God. Almighty God. Amen. But you got to honor those fast and fast be rough. Amen. And it ain't getting no easier with no pleasure foods and no meats coming up. Amen. Hallelujah. God bless your name. It ain't getting no easier but it makes us stronger. It's for the Lord. Amen. Hallelujah. It is for our spiritual benefit. Amen. So when it's time to fast, you got to do that. Amen. Because the enemy is trying to get you to break your fast. Amen. And you got to tell that rascal no. Amen. You got to tell the devil he's a liar. Hallelujah, God. This is for the glory of God. In the mighty name of Jesus. Hallelujah, God. It helps you out. Amen. And we got to remember that when it comes to fasting. Amen. It makes you stronger. Amen. You know the word says that some things come by fasting and prayer. Hallelujah, God. When you need some things to move. Hallelujah, God. God is a great God. My God, we are living in a time where so much is going on already in 2024 and the month ain't even over yet. Amen. It's a lot of stuff that's going on. Amen. That's what I like about psalm 95, verses one through eleven. It talks about the goodness of God, the first few chapters, and then it gives like a warning in the last four chapters or so. Or four verses. Amen. About psalm 95. Hallelujah. Bless your holy name. I love the Lord, don't you? Amen. Amen. I love the Lord. Amen. Because God has been good to me. Amen. Hallelujah, God. Like I say, being persistent, there's some things that I pray for that I haven't gotten yet, but that don't mean I'm going to give up on them. Hallelujah, God. There's some things that I haven't seen yet, but that don't mean I'm going to give up on it. Hallelujah, God. I'm going to continue to ask God. I'm going to continue to do what I do and live for him and serve him no matter what. Just because things don't go your way do not mean you do not stop serving God. Amen. You do not stop giving God your all because things don't go your way. Hallelujah, God. You got to continue to serve him. You got to continue to lift him up. You got to continue to magnify him. Hallelujah. God bless your name, Jesus. Look at psalm 95 when it says, oh, come, let us sing unto the Lord. Let us shout joyfully to the rock of our salvation. Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving. Let us shout joyfully unto him with songs. You see just in first three verses right there. Tell you to doing something with your mouth. Open up your mouth and give God praise. Got to sing to God. Hallelujah, God. It says, let us come for his presence thanksgiving. Let us shout joyfully. Hallelujah, God. It says, shout joyfully with psalms. Hallelujah, God. Because see, our God is a jealous God as the word says. God, when we sing them songs, we got to give God our best. When we sing them songs, you can't come and give lackluster songs. Hallelujah, God. You got to give God your all. In the mighty name of Jesus says, shout joyfully to the rock of our salvation. Hallelujah, God. Right. Amen. Because he is worthy to be praised. Sometimes I even think about today how cold it was this morning. How cold it is outside right now. How many people decided not to come to church today because it's cold outside? Didn't that bed feel good this morning? Heat on warm. Hallelujah. God bless your holy name. And my wife going through them hot flashes, my goodness, I'm thinking it's chili in the house. She hot. Hallelujah. God bless your holy name, God. Them hot flashes ain't no joke with y'all ladies. I'm so glad I don't have to go through that as men. Amen. Y'all can have that foolishness. Amen. Menopause, hot flash, whatever that stuff. Y'all can have that. Amen. Because she got to drink that water and all the time because she'd be hot. Amen. Hallelujah. God. But that's just something we got to deal with. Amen. Hallelujah, God. It's no fun. Amen. Hallelujah, God. Because you constantly got to get up and check the temperature. You got to do stuff and. Amen. And what the temperature on the baby, ain't nobody changed the temperature. It's the same. Hallelujah, God. My goodness. I guess that's what you got to go through. It's no fun. Amen. But it just makes you wonder how many people slept on God this morning because it was 15 or 16 or 18 degrees and decided not to go to the house of the Lord because it's cold outside. Hallelujah, God. Is it cold in here? No. I'm quite sure the church that you go to has eat. Amen. Hallelujah. That's just an excuse. Amen. Hallelujah, God. Like I said, what if God only blessed you on warm days? How would that be? Hallelujah. God. You got to think about that. Isn't he worthy to be praised? Isn't God worth your time of getting up no matter how cold it is and coming to serve him? Hallelujah, God. Bless your holy name. That's why it says, for the Lord is a great God in verse three. Yes, and he is. And a great king above all gods. That's why he's the king of kings and the Lord of lords. Hallelujah. God says he is a great God. How can you not serve a God like that, all that he's done. Hallelujah. God wakes you up in spite of what you did the day before. Probably didn't tell him thank you in 24 hours. And he still yet woke you up. Hallelujah. God didn't give him no kind of praise and he still woke you up. Hallelujah. Still watched over you while you were sleeping throughout the night. Bless your holy name. That's the type of God that we serve. Bless your holy name. We owe him so much. But yet on a cold morning, we decide to stay in the bed. Hallelujah. God. God is a great God. Almighty God. Even the word says so in verse four says, in his hands are the deep places of the earth. The heights of the hills are his also the sea is his. For he made it and his hands form the dry land. Hallelujah, God bless your holy name. God is everywhere. Nothing is too big for God. Nothing is too hard for God because he made it. He formed the earth. Amen. Man for centuries have want to know how deep the ocean is. And we still don't know. You can't go but so far down before it's too much pressure and all of that. But you know who know God know because he made it. It says that he made the sea. Hallelujah, God. He know how deep it is, but his man always want to know how deep it is and all of that, and we still don't know. Hallelujah, God still don't know. The high place says the mountains are his. All of this is his. Hallelujah, God. It says his hands form the dry land. With no big bang theory, God did it. All right? There's just some scientists that just refuse to believe that with no big bang, God created it. And it tells you that in the word. It say he formed the universe. He formed the world. Hallelujah. Yes. Shoot. Even in the beginning, what it says in Genesis one, it says he created heaven and earth. Yes. It wasn't nothing in space. But you got people that believe that. Yes, they do. And still yet the same people, God wakes up every morning, all right, knowing that they believe something totally different. Yes, they do. Can you imagine that as a parent, you started telling your child one thing, but everything that you tell your child, they don't believe you. Like you don't know what you're talking about, how you imagine how God feels. It says it right here, the thing and steady saying there's no way the Red Sea split just because you were there. If the word said it, I believe it. That's just the bottom line. You trying to tell your child and give them good advice, and they looking at you like you crazy, like you don't know what you talking about, like you haven't been there before, like you haven't been age before. All right? We don't tell teenagers of things. Just tell them just to be telling them things. We tell them from experience. We know what you're thinking. We know what you're doing, but yet they act like we don't know what we're talking about. Yes. Hallelujah, God. Some people say it's a phase that they go through. Hallelujah, God. Because you say they know everything. Hallelujah, God. Because they think they do. And we're trying to tell them that's not the way hallelujah. God. Sometimes just imagine how God feels with all of these atheists that say that he's not even real. Come on. And yet you breathe in the very same oxygen that he put on earth for you to breathe and say that he's not real. You tell me God isn't gracious. You tell me God isn't merciful. Come on. Hallelujah. God. It makes you wonder now that where you at in Christ. Think about where you at when you wet in Christ, when you went praising God and God still yet looked out for you anyhow. That's why it's so important to give those testimonies where God have brought you from. I don't mind telling people where he brought me from. Hallelujah. God. That's why you give God the praise. That's why you give him the glory. Because you can help somebody else out. Somebody always thinking that you don't know what it's like out here. Somebody always thinking you don't know what I'm going through and you don't. Probably been through that and worse. All right, come on. Amen. Now's the time to tell people what God has done for you. That's why it says to short jump jointly to the rock of our salvation. Tell people about the goodness of God. Open up your mouth and tell people how good God is, how great God is, where he brought you from, what he delivered you from, the mess that you was in and how he brought you out. Hallelujah. And how you thank him for that. Where would you be if it had not been for the glory of God, for his goodness, for his grace. Hallelujah, God. Yes, thank you. I don't know where I would be. I would say jail, dead. Some type of disease that I can't get rid of, being promiscuous. Come on. Come on. All that other foolishness that's out there. I thank God for that. Amen. When I met this young lady here, my wife. Amen. That slowed me down a whole lot. Amen. 100 miles in running. Amen. Hallelujah, God. 100 miles in running. I thank God for. Amen. Hallelujah. God placed her in my life. Amen. Hallelujah, God. Thank you, Lord. That's why I give glory to God for that. Because instead of all that going out all the time, I got a house to take care of now. So I got to be home. So I can't be out in the streets all the time. Hallelujah, God. And mess around and meet somebody and doing something and mess up my marriage. Or messing with the wrong lady. And then the husband find out and how many people is in the ground now because they didn't mess with the wrong wife or the wrong husband. Hallelujah. All right, so you better thank God for who you have and what you have. Hallelujah. God. Then you have children to take care of. You got responsibilities now. It's not time to be running the streets. Hallelujah. God, I thank God for that. No telling where I would have been at if I wouldn't have met this lady here. Hallelujah. God bless your holy name. And I thank God for that. It says, oh, come, let us worship and bow down. Let us kneel before the Lord our maker, for he is our God, and we are the people of his pasture and the sheep of his hand. Hallelujah. If you accepted the Lord Jesus as your lord and savior, you are his. You are a child of the most high God. Yes, Lord. See, because I got news for everybody out there. If you have not accepted Jesus as your lord and savior, how can you be his child? All right. But yet, according to the world, we are all God's children. God created us all, but we're not all his children. Amen. People don't want to hear that, though, because they've been hearing that from the time they was born. And that's an old saying that's probably been around hundreds of years. The word clearly states that you are his if you accepted him as your lord and savior. That's the word. Yeah, we as creation, but everybody's not a child of God. But people don't want to hear that, though. That's a hard pill to swallow. We'll accept him as your lord and savior. Then you'll be considered a child. You'd be considered a son or a daughter. Hallelujah. God. That's why it says, we are his. Amen. This is to the christian people. But see, here's the warning in verse eight which says, do not harden your hearts, as in the rebellion, as in the day of the trial in the wilderness. Remember that when they all left Egypt and it was all out in the wilderness and being disobedient and doing what they want to do. He says, when your fathers tested me, they tried me, though. They saw my work. They saw what God did. And they still yet complained. Yes, they did. Have anybody seen water come out of a rock? Can you imagine that miracle? A big, dusty rock and water coming out of it because you was thirsty? You tell me that ain't mercy. Only nobody but God. Man can't even dream of doing nothing like that. You better say it. Say it. To speak to a rock and water comes out, or hit the rock and water comes out. Speak it. That's the only time when Moses got in a little bit of trouble. Well God told him to speak to the rock and he hit the rock. The first time he hit it because God told him to do so. The second time he said speak to it. And I believe he had a little doubt in his heart. He didn't think, but he hit it. But still, yet God still allowed the water to mouth though. You better say it. He didn't do what God say, he didn't speak to the rock, he hid it, but still, yet God had mercy for his people. And water came flowing out of a rock, that's God. Water coming out of a rock of all places. My God. But when you just think about that, how good God is to feed his people. They wanted meat, he still gave them manner. They was complaining about that, that wasn't good enough. They want some meat. Want this little piece of bread here? I'm hungry. I got teeth, I need some meat. I need to rip some flesh. Bishop. So God gave him exactly what they wanted. He sent some quails down to feed them. Come on, come on now. And God sent so many quails, it was sail as far as the eye can see. They couldn't eat all that. No they couldn't. So you know what that means what happens to dead things? It smells, it gets rotten maggots. All of that stuff was going on. He said I'm going to give you what you want. That's how God is, I'm going to give you what you want. That's why I says be careful what, what you ask for. Yeah, you got to. He said, you want some meat? I'm going to give it to you. Can you imagine number quails all around you as far as I can see, you can't eat all that. And in a few days it got riding in a Smet seat. But that's what they get, that's why it says in the day of the trial in the wilderness for your fathers tested me. They tried me though. They saw my work. For 40 years I was grieved with this generation. God was grieved for 40 years. They didn't do right. See that's the water right there. How can you grieve a good God like that? Yes, 40 years, my God. Imagine if they would have been obedient of blessings and the stuff they could have got and they would have had to go through all of that and said, it is a people who go astray in their hearts and they do not know my ways. The book of Isaiah tells us that our ways are not like his ways. Our thoughts are not like his thoughts. Amen. Hallelujah. God, the word tells us in the book of psalms that he knows your thoughts are far off before you even think of. God knows what you already thinking about. So by the time it popped in your head, he didn't already saw it. Yes, he had. He said, I know your thoughts are fall. I know you're down sitting when you sit down and when you rise up, he knows everything about you. You can't fool God. No, you can't. As they say, what you do in the dark, what it comes to light passing here, saying the dark time is just like how we see everybody in here. It could be pitched like dark. This is how God sees you, right? Amen. You can't hide from God. No, you can't. I might do some creeping behind Pastor Bishop's back, but God see it. Yes, he does. They can't see it, but God can. Hallelujah, God. And that's the one thing you would never be able to get away from. God bless your holy name. Because he sees and knows everything about you. He knows them thoughts that you're thinking, the enemy plants stuff in your heart and your mind. You got to drive that stuff out of there. Amen. Amen. You know the old saying, that man say that an idol mind is the devil's workshop because some idol is just standing still. You got to keep your mind stayed on Jesus. Hallelujah. God. You got to keep your mind on pure things. The word said, let us think on these things. Think things that are pure, things that are lovely. Hallelujah. God. You got to think on those things. Hallelujah. God. Keep your mind active on Jesus. Amen. Hallelujah, God. It says. So I swore in my wrath that they will not enter my rest. See, they made God mad, and they say they want to enter his rest. Remember that. They say this generation won't enter my rest. So I think the next generation raised up. Hallelujah, God. Even Moses couldn't make it to the promised land. Hallelujah, God. Like you say, God allowed him to see it, but he let Joshua go ahead and take him on through. But he said, this generation will not enter my rest. You done made God that man. Hallelujah. God. This God delivered you from slavery, that got you out of Egypt, and you complained all of them years to the point where you made him that man, to say, yeah. Never enter my rest, my God. I said, depart from me. I don't know you. That's right. The words you do not want to hear on judgment day. Depart from me. I never knew you. You son of iniquity. My God. Right. I can't say it enough. I keep using the same example. You will not let a stranger into your house. Hallelujah, God. Not just to let them there because there's somebody on the porch. I'm they thirsty or they need a place to sleep. You just ain't going to do it because you don't know them. Heaven ain't no different. Come on. He don't know you. Come on. So he ain't letting you in there if he's been grieved with you all of these years. My God. Hallelujah, Lord. We have a chance right here to do right. But people just won't do right. Everybody want to do what they want to do. People don't want to do it God's way. Help us, Lord. The word of God clearly tells you what to do and what not to do. When you have the holy spirit on the inside, it leads you and guides you. Hallelujah, God. Yes, we're human. Yes, we go make mistakes. Come on. Come on, now. But to dwell and to keep going in the mistakes, though, that's the thing, though. Backsliders, my God. They need to come back, repent and come back to your first love. Hallelujah, God. My God. As good as God is just to turn your back on God all the way. Help us, Lord. Like that. After all what God has done for you. And once again, he still yet be with you every day. Yes, he does. Imagine if God was petty. Imagine if God, as we say in this day and age of God, was in his feelings. All right? With the way how this world is and God is in his feelings. You better say it. Come on. My God. Big trouble. Imagine that. You won't be able to do nothing. God, if he want to, at a snap of the finger, can suck up all the oxygen right now and everybody can just choke to death and die if you wanted to. You will sit here and tell me that I don't exist. Okay. I got something for you. All right. All of a sudden you can't feel your legs. You ain't got no use for them. You can't move. You can't move. Who you go call on that? Who are you going to call on that? You can't move. You can't feed yourself. You can't bathe. What's he going to do now? But God is not petty. He's not in his feelings like we are as humans, because we get mad at somebody, we just don't deal with them no more. That's right. You heard Sister Carter Parish. We tell God we reject his blessings and whatnot, but he's still merciful and still yet keep you living and keep allowing you to do things. This is. The pastor was in charge. You tell her no. That's it. You done. You could cancel it, but we all know what she's talking about. We all know that. We've all been there. And I ask you some. You tell me no. Okay, then. Bump you, then. You know how we are as humans. That's just how we are and whatnot. All in the flesh. Bump you, forget you. Then. Tell me no. One time, just like you said. That judge would have said no. Okay, then. I ain't going to ask you for nothing else. That's just it. But the woman was persistent and she kept going. But we as humans, we are something else. We are a mess. Hallelujah. We need help daily. You got to repent daily. Hallelujah, God. Because there's only one perfect. And as we say million times, there's only Jesus Christ is only perfect. We ain't nowhere near that, not in this flesh. Apostle Paul says there's no good thing in the flesh. Hallelujah, God. It wants to do what it wants to do. You got to keep it under control. And especially during these fasts, your flesh want to do what it want to do. Amen. You got to keep it under control. Hallelujah, God. You wait till the last week when we ain't supposed to eat no meat for them. Three days. See what that flesh could be going in. Fish, shrimp, bacon, all that stuff. You can cancel it for three days for 36 hours. You got to go through and that flesh will be screaming for some meat. And you have to keep it under subjection. As the bishop say, we there to pray for you now. If you need them, they there to pray for you. Fasting is no joke when you fasten from something that your body is used to having. Come on. Hallelujah, God. There's none to play with. It can be serious. It's going to be rough. Hallelujah, God. I did lunch the way I'm working at, and they all going to these restaurants and places to eat, and I got to say, no, I can't go in there. I ain't going in there, it's too much temptation. I'm at a sit in the truck or whatever like that and read my word to do something. It's going to be rough that week, but we can do it, though. Hallelujah, God. Yes. That's what I'm saying. Imagine when Jesus. 40 days, he ain't had nothing. Come on, come on. 40 days he didn't have nothing. And here come this old enemy tempting him. You got the power to turn this rock into bread. Go ahead and do so. Can you imagine how hungry he was? And if he kept it like that, my God, you got the power to turn a rock into some hot butter biscuits, some bread. He got it. He can do it right there if he want to. But he didn't do it. He didn't do it. Hallelujah. God. If I got held out for 40 days, you can hold out for 36 hours. That's your holy name, God. We can hold out for three day. When we get to that point, no ice cream next week, no nothing. No chocolate, no sweets. That's pleasure. Whatever it is that you like, you got to do away with it. Hallelujah. God. Discipline. We got to have it. Pray and ask God to strengthen you on these fast. Hallelujah. God. Because the enemy is going to tempt you because he know what you like. Bless your holy name, God. Hallelujah, Jesus. Good. Am I closing in the book of Matthew in the beatitudes? Amen. Hallelujah. That's what I in Matthew five and six. Let blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, but they shall be filled. We got to stay hungry, stay thirsty for God, man. Amen. Amen. You can never stop being hungry and thirsty for God. You always got to keep wanting more of God. When you're hungry, you want something. When you're thirsty, you want something. That's how it is for God. And if you're hungry and thirst after him, it says you shall be filled. He will give it to you. Hallelujah. God. Thank you. Jesus says, blessed are the pure in heart, but they shall see God. Our hearts have to be pure. Ain't going to get into heaven. No attitude. Hallelujah. God. Your heart's got to be pure. We know people didn't did you wrong. We know that it stole from your lies and cheated on you. Hallelujah. That's the day and age we live in now. Amen. It's aggravating and sickening to see people just get away with stuff they ain't got no business doing. Away with yeah, you preach it. Thank you, Lord. Imagine how cruel people are. It's a good movie that out that we saw yesterday, which I want to tell you, the beekeeper. And you'll see about that with Jason Staples. Oh, yeah. Come on now. Come on. It's good stuff in there. It's a cruel hearted people that's out there. Yeah. Hallelujah. That don't care nothing about you. They pray on your vulnerabilities and people don't care. Come on, come on. They don't care. They will completely wipe you out. Even the meetings, the things that I go to, the meetings for, the Hickory Ridge association and all of that, and the lower rich and NAACP will have the police to talk to you about the scams that's going on and tell know you got to send money in for this and that the police are not going to call you and ask you for money. They're not going to do that. But they prey on people and people get nervous or scared that they have to send money in and all of that type of stuff. The police don't do stuff like that. The police do not call you and ask you to send money in for a warrant or your arrest or whatever the case may be. Hallelujah, God. The IRs do not call you and ask for money. They send that stuff in the mail. They don't ask you for money. But it sounds so legitimate on the phone because they sound so professional and people are giving a life savings or whatever the case may be, and then your whole account is wiped out. People are heartless and cruel, and that's the day and age we live in now. Right? People don't care. You have to be careful. You have to stay on God. You got to continue as mind Lord to keep your mind sharp. Hallelujah, God. Because people are praying on it and especially the elderly, they don't care. Hallelujah, God. That devil entered into people's heart. Just demonic. Yes. Why would you do that to a senior citizen and take everything that they got? People don't care. There's a judgment day that's coming up. Amen. Amen, my God. If they don't repent, my God. That's why I said, have a pure heart. But they shall see God. If your heart ain't pure, you won't see God. All right, come on. Thank you. And it tells us in my last verse in psalm five and 13 that we are the salt of the earth. Amen. But if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men. Says we, the Christians, the believers, the faithful. We are the salt of the earth. Hallelujah, God. Man, you preach it, we ought to salt. But if it didn't lost its flavor, what good is it? What good is a Christian that don't have a pure heart, don't want to help nobody? Selfish. How can you call yourself a child of the most high God? And you selfish? Are you mean? Got a mean spirit about you. Help us, Lord. How can you call yourself a disciple of Jesus? And you got a mean spirit about you. Hallelujah, God. That don't mix. They say oil and water don't mix. That don't mix. To be mean like that, we're supposed to be loving even what people do us wrong. That's why it tells us in the book of Matthew about to love your enemies and to pray for them. That's not easy to do, but the word tells us that's what we have to do. We have to. And we said, don't let the enemy trick you with God knows my heart. Yes, we know some people have been done wrong, but you got to forgive them. You have to. Hallelujah, God. You have to forgive them. People think that we weak like that, but the word tells us that's what we have to do. A pure heart, staying hungry, being merciful. Nobody want to show no mercy. How can you be a child of God and you don't have no mercy? My God. That's why it says, the merciful, they shall obtain mercy. Hallelujah, God. How God going to show you mercy? You ain't showing nobody else no mercy. My God. Hallelujah, God. That's why I said, the merciful shall obtain mercy. See, these are the training grounds that we in, because out there they don't care. Outside of this door, once we get outside these four walls, the people out there don't care. And they coming at you on all sides. Yes, we have to go what we've been taught and what we learned in here from our leaders. Amen. And we got to go out here and practice what we've been taught because that's the test out there. This is the classroom, but the test is outside of this door. Amen. Hallelujah, God. People go cut you off in traffic. They go blow horns, they go throw the middle finger up at you and all of that. What you going to do? Hallelujah, God. They go do it now. They go do it. They go come on your property without you caring or all kinds of stuff. What you going to do? Hallelujah. God. Pray to have God. Pray to have mercy in your heart. Bless other peacemakers for what they shall be called the children of God. Hallelujah, God. You got to make the peace, not break the peace. You got to. Amen. Amen. Hallelujah, God. Like I said, everybody can't do what we do. That's why everybody's not chosen to serve him. Everybody can't serve God like that. They said no, because everybody, you slap me and I slap you back. Everybody got that type of attitude, right? Nobody want to pray for no enemies. Nobody want to do that. You cuss me, I got to cuss you back. All that type of stuff. That's how it is. Hallelujah. God. Two wrongs don't make it right. But that's what they got to do. Hallelujah. God bless your name. The world tells us. The word tells us to do the opposite of the world's way. But God is a great God. I thank God for God. I thank God for who he is and that he's not petty. He's a forgiving God. Because if he was petty, I would have been going a long time ago. Hallelujah, God. That's why I thank God that God is not penny. He's not like man, he's not in his feelings. Hallelujah. God. It's wrong. And sometimes we do him. Amen. He gives us mercy and grace, expares us. Hallelujah. God. And you got to thank God for that because he's a great God. Amen. Amen. Let us stand on our feet. Amen. Hallelujah. Let us pray. Father God, in the mighty name of Jesus, we thank you, heavenly Father, for your goodness. We thank you for your mercy, for your grace, heavenly Father. We thank you for your love and kindness, God. Because one thing's for sure, you didn't have to do it, but you did. Hallelujah. God thank you, God, for forgiving me of my sins. Thank you, God, for giving us our sins, heavenly Father. Thank you, Lord. And sometimes, Father God, when we don't put you on the front burner, when we should thank you for forgiveness, God thank you for that mercy, God. Thank you for that grace, God. Hallelujah, God Father God. Continue to order our steps and use us, heavenly Father and still early in this new year in January, heavenly Father, we got eleven more months to go. Continue to use us, Father God, for your glory. Let us represent you to the fullest, God, let us live for you, heavenly Father. Lord, let us show mercy and grace. Hallelujah. Let us forgive those that despitefully use us in the mighty name of Jesus God have your way in the mighty name of Jesus God praying heavenly Father, to keep marriages together, children are being obedient in Jesus holy name, God Father God, we're praying that your holy favor rest upon us, God. In the mighty name of Jesus God promotions and raises in Jesus holy name, God bless your holy name, God debt freedom our way in the mighty name of Jesus having more than enough, Father God. Because your word says that we are the head and not the tail we are above and not beneath. We are the lender and not the borrower, God we are blessed coming in and blessed coming out. Hallelujah. God in good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over in the mighty name of Jesus, bless your holy name, God Lord, we love you and we praise you, heavenly Father. Lord, give us wisdom and knowledge and strengthen us, heavenly Father, doing this daily walk every in God in the mighty name of Jesus, Lord, have your way and your will be done in Jesus holy name. In Jesus name we pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen.
